Our East San Jose students deserve to have the best education and the most robust care so they graduate from high school prepared to thrive and live a life of dignity and economic mobility.

State and local investments in cradle-to-career efforts over the last several years created opportunities for ESUHSD. To take advantage of these resources for the benefit of the community, the district needs board leadership that is knowledgeable about them. A distinguished civic and community leader, I have both the knowledge and the local and state networks to support the board in leveraging resources and funding that lead to improved outcomes for ESUHSD students
